NMSNA 2023 Annual State Conference

The Executive Board of the New Mexico School Nutrition Association is proud to announce the annual 2023 NMSNA state conference.  The dates for the conference are June 6-9, 2023 in Albuquerque, New Mexico at the Isleta Resort and Casino.  
2023 Exhibitor registration will open soon
HOTEL: Isleta Resort and Casino, Broadway Blvd. SE, Albuquerque, NM 87105.  Phone number for reservations is 505-848-1999.  Mention Group Code NMS0623 to receive special room rate.  Room rate is $129 single or double.  Rooms must be booked by May 2, 2023 to get the group rate. 

THEME: “The Magical World of Feeding Children” and colors are Blue, Gold and White.
EXHIBIT SET UP:   Wednesday, June 7th from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm.  

FLASH NETWORKING EVENT: Wednesday, June 7th 1:15pm - 4:30pm
Back by popular demand is our ‘speed dating’ with New Mexico Directors.  This event will be open to all Platinum level sponsors giving them the opportunity to have a one on one meeting with all directors attending the NMSNA conference. Platinum level sponsors will be able to sign up for one of 3-7 minute rotating sessions once registration opens.  First come first serve.

SHOW HOURS:  Thursday, June 8, 2023
                           Directors only hours:  9:45am - 12:00pm
                           Open to all:  12:00pm - 1:45pm

PAYMENTS:  You will be able to pay immediately with a credit card.  Once payment for your booth is received, you will be assigned a booth number. Your booth number will be emailed to you.  

COOKING: Exhibitors who wish access to back of the house to cook need to purchase temporary badge for $10   
Requirements mentioned below must be followed for this type of Special Event:
IRC will allow use of Banquet Kitchen and Back of House access:
  1. List of expected Guest Chefs must be turned in at least one month prior to Arrival Date.
  2. All Back of House Guests will need to purchase temporary visitor badges through POIGRA (can be paid by Meeting Group by Money Order directly to POIGRA. Cost per badge is $10).
  3. Upon arrival of Guest Chefs and permitted Back of House Guests, the Visitor Badge can be picked up by IRC Security. Visitor Badge will be given in exchange for a Valid Photo ID or Driver License. Visitor Badge must be worn above waist and visible at all times. 
Only permitted Visitors with Visitors Badge is allowed in Back of House areas and Banquet Kitchen at any/all times.
Upon Guest Chefs and permitted Back of House Guest departure (no longer needed back of house access), guests must return Visitor Badge to IRC Security in exchange for their valid photo ID or Driver license.
Visitor Badge process mentioned above is required for each day use.
Cancellation Policy
A refund less $100 handling fee will be granted for space(s) canceled if requested prior to May 2, 2023. No refunds will be granted for space canceled after May 2, 2023.
